A SAM & Friends Channel

This month SAM would like to share a 15 minute audio channel that we made for the House members. SAM offers up some tips of how to make the most out of this boost energy, and talks about The Flow. The Flow is being in connection with Source energy itself - when you are 'in flow', you are 'in connection'. SAM gives a visualization strategy called Bird's Eye View to help you learn how to anchor into your Essence lens when trying to view a situation, rather than getting caught up in the Ego lens and manifesting without a sense of the bigger picture.
